Love, My Loves: A Tool for Opening Your Heart
So often we deny our full capacity to love and it’s not because we don’t want to fully experience love, it’s because at some point in our life we learned that love is hard, it’s scary, it hurts and it leaves us.
And yet, we still desire it. As human beings, we actually NEED love.
It is love we are all here to experience. Love, my loves.
But we’ve lost the ability to fully receive it. We shut it off. Shut it down. Push people away. Hiding behind our addictions, our faith and/or the remembrance — the sting — of our pain.
All so that we never have to hurt as much again — and as a result, we never truly allow ourselves to love as much again.
On the recording (below) I talk about love and I teach a non-scary (a.k.a. compassionately loving) way to begin releasing some of the old fears and begin opening your heart once again.
We don’t have to go through our lives continuing to consciously or subconsciously relive the pain from our past (choosing people who don’t appreciate us and subconsciously pushing away people who do).
And, if you can believe this, we can actually release the pain without having to go deep into it over and over and over again. Hint: It begins with the release of the old energy — the energy that no longer serves you and believe it or not, that’s where I come in.
Sending love your way and a reminder that there’s meaning in everything and everyone. If you need help finding it, consider a going on a healing journey here.
Deeply in love with love,
