Oftentimes people write in to us to get some coaching advice or some direction on circumstances or situations that are happening in their lives. When this happens, we create a personalized coaching video for the person and also post the video in our academy and blog for others to learn from.
This post is one of those coaching videos. And in the video I talk a lot about understanding heartbreak, regaining confidence, and ways to fill ourselves back up when we're feeling lonely.
Here's what Edward wrote to us:
"Truly if to be honest, I feel as though I am heartbroken over a previous marriage. I am stuck also in grief after also losing my mom at the same time as divorce. Now feeling very lonely though in a relationship and question a lot do I matter. Don't understand why this loneliness is kicking in. Sorry I'm just all over the place with my emotions and trying to get back to a place of confidence."
Below is my video response:
I suspect there is much you may be able to learn from this video as well. As with all my coaching videos, you may want to grab a pen and paper before you hit play so that you're ready to write down all of your aha moments. :)
As we heal ourselves, we heal one another.
A big and special thanks for Edward for writing in and for giving me the special gift of being able to use my gifts in service to him and in service to us all.
And, as always, if you'd like me to record a free personalized coaching video for you, please submit your situation here. I also invite you to attend some of our live events and/or check out some of our pre-recorded classes and/or read my book on soulmates (if this video interested you, so will the book).
I hope you enjoy. If you found this information helpful, please consider making a donation here and sharing this post with all the people you know and all the people you love. xo
